Curacao:

The isle is the largest and most populous of the three so-called ABC islands (for Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao) and belongs to the Netherlands Antilles. Local food is called Krioyo (sounds the same as 'criollo', the Spanish word for 'Creole') and boasts a blend of flavours and techniques best compared to Caribbean cuisine and Latin American cuisine.
